The following constitutes additional Terms and Conditions, supplementary to those of the involve.me service available at involve.me/terms/, applicable to all paid subscription plan services.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE CAREFULLY READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE & SALE (THESE “PAYMENT TERMS”) BEFORE TRIALING OR SUBSCRIBING OR PLACING AN ORDER OVER APP.INVOLVE.ME OR OTHER OF OUR SITES WHICH LINK TO THESE TERMS.

1. Subscription Service Description

Some of our Services are billed on a subscription basis (we call these “Subscriptions” and “Plans”). This means that you will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (each period is called a “billing cycle”). Billing cycles are typically monthly or annual, depending on what subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel auto-renewal through the online billing management page in your account. While we will be sad to see you go, you may cancel auto-renewal on your Subscription at any time, in which case your Subscription will continue until the end of that billing cycle before terminating. You may cancel auto-renewal on your Subscription immediately after the Subscription starts if you do not want it to renew.

By purchasing a Subscription, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that the Subscription you select is suitable for your use.

We may but are not obligated to send you any renewal notices or other reminders at the end of the Subscription Period. It is your sole responsibility to monitor your Account and promptly advise us of any changes to your Account or Subscription, including cancellations.

2. Subscription Plan Types

The paid Subscription Plan services consist of the creation of as many involve.me projects as required by the customer during the period contracted (monthly or annual), counted from the time that the user contracts the service.

2.1. Personal Subscription Plan characteristics include but are not limited to:

• 3 live involve.me projects
• involve.me projects created will be limited to 250 monthly submissions overall
• 180 days submission data retention
• 1 user

2.2. Basic Subscription Plan characteristics include but are not limited to:

• 5 live involve.me projects
• involve.me projects created will be limited to 1,000 monthly submissions overall
• unlimited submission data retention
• 1 user
• 1 custom domain
• 50 AI credits
• full feature list and prices here.

2.3. Pro Subscription Plan characteristics include but are not limited to:

• 15 live involve.me projects
• involve.me projects created will be limited to 5,000 monthly submissions overall
• unlimited submission data retention
• 3 users
• 2 custom domain
• 100 AI credits
• full feature list and prices here.

2.4. Business Subscription Plan characteristics include but are not limited to:

• 30 live involve.me projects
• involve.me projects created will be limited to 15,000 monthly submissions overall
• custom submission data retention
• 5 users
• 5 custom domain
• 200 AI credits
• full feature list and prices here.

2.5. Agency Subscription Plan characteristics include but are not limited to:

• 100 live involve.me projects
• involve.me projects created will be limited to 30,000 monthly submissions overall
• custom submission data retention
• 6 users
• 16 custom domain
• 200 AI credits
• full feature list and prices here.

2.6. Scale Subscription Plans characteristics include but are not limited to:

In addition to all Agency subscription plan service characteristics, you can subscribe to Scale subscription plans with increased monthly submissions limits for:
• up to 50,000 monthly submissions
• up to 75,000 monthly submissions
• up to 100,000 monthly submissions
• up to 150,000 monthly submissions
• up to 300,000 monthly submissions.

2.7. Enterprise Subscription Plan characteristics include but are not limited to:

• custom limits
• security assessment
• custom onboarding
• more users
• SSO
• dedicated support
• and more.

3. Fees for Services

You agree to pay to involve.me (stereosense GmbH) any fees for each Service you purchase or use (including any overage fees), in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for that Service. Where applicable, you will be billed using the billing method you select through your account management page.

The fees can be paid by credit card and you represent and warrant that the credit card information you provide is correct and you will promptly notify involve.me (stereosense GmbH) of any changes to such information.

The Service subscribed to will be invoiced in advance and is due immediately with monthly or annual frequency, depending on the period contracted.

Fees paid by you are non-refundable, except as provided in these Terms or when required by law.

Where a request for the payment of the Subscription Fee is returned or denied, for whatever reason, by your financial institution or is unpaid by you for any other reason, then you are liable for any costs, including banking fees and charges, associated with the Subscription Fee.

We can change and/or amend the Subscription Fee at any time and the amended Subscription Fee will come into effect following the conclusion of the existing Billing Cycle. We will notify you at least 10 days in advance if you are affected by such changes.

4. Trial Offer, Automatic Enrollment and Payment, and Cancellation

Where we offer you a free trial of involve.me, such free trial will start immediately after you register for it and continue for the free trial offer period as indicated on the platform at the time you register. Free trial subscriptions are only available to new subscribers of involve.me and for the limited periods as set out on our website and on our platform. Previous subscribers or those subscribers who have already benefited from a free trial subscription to involve.me do not qualify for a further free trial period.

involve.me will email a reminder that your trial is ending at least 7 days prior to you being charged. If you do not want to continue your subscription after your free trial comes to an end, you must cancel your free trial through your account dashboard before the trial end date, as detailed here or contact us at least 24 hours before your free trial period ends by submitting a cancellation request to us via our support chat or through support@involve.me. If you do not cancel the trial in your account or contact us at least 24 hours before your free trial period ends to cancel, your subscription will automatically change to the paid service. The payment card that you provided at the time of enrollment online will be charged the full involve.me monthly or yearly Subscription Plan fee for the plan chosen when setting up the trial each month or year until you cancel or upgrade. involve.me can change the Subscription Plan fee at any time, but you will be notified beforehand if you are affected by such changes.

5. Refund Policy

We will only provide you with a refund of the Subscription Fee if you are unable to use or access all or a material part of the Website or Services for a prolonged period as a result of a significant failure or defect in the technology. Where this occurs, we will provide you with a prorated refund.

A refund in accordance with this clause is your only remedy in the event of any downtime or defect in the technology. We will not be liable to you for any other compensation, including for business interruption or loss of business.

We will not provide a refund for any other reason including but not limited to your change of mind, claims of unused time, claims of unused plan features or limits, or your failure to cancel your Subscription with sufficient notice.

6. Taxes

VAT and any other taxes that may be applicable will be added on top of the prices of the services offered through the website.

VAT is the value added tax that must be applied to involve.me services sold within the European Union (EU).
• If the user is located within Austrian territory, VAT must be paid in all cases.
• If the user is located in the EU and has received a VAT number issued by a member state of the European Union, they may use their VAT number when making payment and thus be exempt from paying VAT.
• If the user is located in the EU and has not received a VAT number issued by a member state of the European Union, the user's local tax rate is added on top of the price.

7. Payment Method

The user must make payment through a credit card.

involve.me states that it has no access to sensitive data related to the payment method used by the user, nor does it store said information. Only the entity corresponding to the payment process has access to this data for payment management, being a certified entity such as PCI Service Provider Level 1.

The user is responsible for ensuring their credit card data is up to date, and may communicate any changes through the “Billing” section.

If a payment cannot be processed, the user is informed that their contract may be cancelled by involve.me.

All payments made in the course of your use of the Services are made using payment processing services provided by Stripe Payments (”Stripe”). In using the Website, the Services and/or when making any payment in relation to your use of the Services, you warrant that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Services Agreement.

8. Transferability of accounts

Any form of ownership transfer or reselling of paid accounts is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized transfers of ownership will result in immediate termination of the account.

9. Termination

These Payment Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or us as set out below.

If you want to terminate the Payment Terms, you may do so at any time by cancelling your Subscription through your Billing page in your Account.

We may at any time, terminate the Payment Terms with you, or suspend or deny your access to any or all of the Website or Services, if:
• you have breached any provision of the Payment Terms, Terms & Conditions, Content Policy or intend to breach any provision;
• you breach any applicable law;
• we are required to do so by law;
• your conduct impacts our name, goodwill, reputation and/or violates the rights of a third party; or
• the provision of the Services to you by us is, in our opinion, no longer commercially viable. We reserve the right to cease operating the Website and Services, without notice and for any reason.

10. Deletion of the involve.me user account

The user can request the deletion of their involve.me user account and any related data at any time by reaching out to involve.me staff directly or over the support services. If your account made payments to stereosense GmbH we can delete your account earliest 6 months after the last payment, to be able to handle disputes. Your billing information on invoices can be deleted earliest 7 years after the invoice was generated due to tax regulations.

11. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the characteristics of the services, and taking into account that these are products created in accordance with the specifications of the user and are clearly customized, the user will have no right to withdraw.

12. Applicable Law

The present conditions are subject to Austrian law.

13. Special Deal Terms

These payment terms apply identically to all custom quoted Subscription Plans.
